Sneaky Bitches!!!

OMFG! This bitch did it. She has the staffing plan in place. What kinda bullshit game is she playing! This bitch was on vacation last week but this Monday during staff meeting she announced her staffing plan. She also said that it was approved by the CFE and the Superintendent! This sneaky little bitch submitted this shit before she went on vacation and did not say a fucking word!!! She did cut all the upper management positions, but she kept all the upper management people.

So i was not at work on Monday, August 3, 2009. So I was informed of what took place in the staff meeting from the deputy director. So i told him, "I am so glad i was not at work on Monday because i would not come the rest of the week." These sneaky motherfuckers.

Now all of a sudden my immediate supervisor wants to give me a fucking evaluation on Friday, Augutst 7, 2009. Wtf for? I have not had an evaluation since i became permanent. Wtf do i need an eval for now? Sneaky mother fucker. I hope this bitch does not try shit! I will have her ass in a fucking sling.

Hi everyone!!!

I have not typed anything in my blog since last Friday. I am so sorry. Well Monday I did not go to work because I had to go to court. Yesterday I didn't type shit cause nothing was happening. I am just so fucking sick and tired of our department director giving us the run around. This bitch was on vacation last week and She finally returned today. She has not yet mentioned anything about her staffing plan. I know this department too well. She is the type to give us the news on a Friday afternoon when everyone is preparing for their weekend. That is not some shit you want on your brain all weekend. These damn people can be so damn insensitive.

So now today is Wednesday and I hope this bitch does not come with any bullshit. This is just too damn much to deal with. I have the perfect staffing plan for her. Get rid of the upper management that doesn't do shit... Oops that would mean she wouldn't have a job. Now my immediate supervisor has become very distant. They all walk around like their job is guaranteed. You are the boss so you make the decision on how many people you need. Of course she is gonna make it a way that she does not have to get rid of her friends and family. No one is fucking stupid. I think it would be fair if she allowed input from everyone as far as staffing goes. Get rid of yourself cause you don't do shit, get rid of my immediate supervisor cause all she does is delegate anyway... You have to tell her what to think. How fucking sad!!! I really feel that if you are not able to give this information or inform people of what's going on you do not need to be a director. Just cut the bullshit and let people know what's up... Agrrrrrrrrrrrr I hate this shit. Its fucking horrible!!!

I would love to see my director plan a special event and make it successful, IMPOSSIBLE! The bitch would probably lose her fucking mind! Work? How do you do that? She doesn't even answer her own damn phone and you expect to do something that requires use of your brain. Ha ha!!!!!!!!!!! This is some serious bullshit!!! I hate these people here.

I really wish these assholes would fucking say something. This damn department is ran by a bunch of dicks for brains. I am really pissed right now. I will be back after lunch... I need to get my thoughts together.

Finally It's Friday!!!

I made it through another week. Not too much bullshit happening today. But today just started. I'm here and I do not wanna be. I hope to Jesus Christ none of these dumb fucks tell me anything. I have never in my life met so many needy and fucking retarded ass people in my life.

This is a bunch of bullshit!!! Now I have a fucking headache out of this world! One of my co-workers is here looking like she had a fight with a fabric store and the store won!!! She has on so many different patterns that it made me dizzy! Hell one of the patterns I'm not even quite sure of. It's not polka dots, it's not floral, and its not zigzags. So i don't know what the fuck it is!!! But the shit will make your fucking head spin. She is truly a fashion disaster!!! WTF... I will say this again... Just because both patterns have the same colors in it does not mean they match!!! My supervisor is good for that too!

It is very difficult times in our department right now. You can sense the tension in the air. It is so thick you can cut it with a knife. Not knowing how long you will have your job is the worst feeling in the world. But I knew from the beginning that something like this was going to happen. Our director waited until the last minute to inform us that she had to reduce her staff. The bitch knew this months ago. So Monday she announced in our staff meeting that she would have a better idea later in the week of her new staffing plan. But how convenient the bitch is on vacation. I really think that she is an asshole for all of this.

WTF!!!

Today is Thursday, July 23, 2009. My day started out excellent!!! Came to work and everything was cool.... Until Turquoise made a comment about me :-(
I was so shocked! She said I curse too much. So now I'm like WHAT THE FUCK! Just because I am not polite, friendly, caring of others feelings, and sensitive to what they have to say Does that make me some kind of wild animal? I say what others think and what they want to say but are too damn scared to say. So what is the difference between me and them? They bite their tongues. I won't.

So now I have to sit at my desk, because I am banned from going to the front because I fucking curse too damn much. Is that a bunch of bullshit or what? Fucking assholes in my department walk around like the fucking sun rises and sets on their asses.

Well let me explain the type of people I work with but some of them fall in more than one category...

1. Ass kissers - Those are people who thinks that snitching and telling your supervisor every little thing you do will get them brownie points. Yeah it does but everyone else hates your fucking guts.

2. Stuck Up- Those people who think their shit doesn't stink. Those individuals who can't even answer their own damn phone. (What kind of bullshit is that???) They can't be fucking serious. They cannot even push the button for the elevator. Once again I say WTF!!! Then every morning they congregate and compliment each other on their wardrobe. Like OMG your shoes are so cute! No your shoes are cute. Not these old things. I've had them for years... It's fucking sickening!!!

3. Moody - They can go from zero to bitch in like a half of a second.

4. Brat - Everything has to be done their way or they begin to pout and cry and whine about dumb shit.

5. Hard worker - They do all the work but their boss gets all the credit. You know fucking well you do not do the work so sit your dumb ass down and let the one under you run the show.

6. Nice - The one who is SO nice til it is just nerve wrecking. They smile all day long.

7. Stupid - You have one in every staff meeting asking dumb ass questions. Just sit yo ass there and shut the fuck up. Everyone is upset with this person because staff meeting could be over in 15 minutes, but because of this jackass it is an additional 25 minutes cause someone has to make sense of the dumb ass question and answer it for the asshole... WTF

8. Intimidatory - This person tries to have people walking on pins and needles because they will go off at any given moment.

9. Diplomatic - They will let you know they hate you and they are polite about it.

10. Co-Workers- Then you have a group of people no matter what they are just super cool... It's about 7 of them... These are the ones I actually like.

11. Don't give a shit group - The ones who really don't give a shit. They do their work and will not allow you to fuck over them. They know their union rights and are not afraid to go against upper management. I really freaking love them. They keep the excitement in our department!!!

12. Homo - Then we have the homos! Those the fags in our department. This the group that is gay and they think no one knows! (Why would a grown man have dirt spots on both his knees... lmao)... Inside joke!!!

13. Lesbo - She is the one feels on people and will make all the gay statements!!! She is a trip...

14. No Habla Ingles - The ones who cannot speak English. They confuse their Bs and Vs... (the word is not bery it's very... The word is not balue it's value... lmao)... Again I say WTF!!! These are the assholes who know fucking well I don't speak spanish and their ass sends e-mails and other correspondence in spanish... They can be in the staff meeting and go to speaking Spanish. This is A-M-E-R-I-C-A... Speak fucking english... Like always... WTF

15. Butt In - They know fucking well you are not talking to them but they turn around and just butt in your fucking conversation. What the fuck is your damn problem. Get you some friends and talk to them! WTF!!!

16. Religious/Christian - The person in the office who is HOLIER than Thou. But is the biggest shit starter on the fucking planet. She has her Bible she reads it on lunch. But the bitch is an old cruel evil tramp!

Ooh since i brought up #16. Let me tell you about that. This weird, old, lame, pathetic ass bitch told my supervisor on me (once again WTF!!!)... She said I was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional with her. Hello, where the fuck in my job description does it say i have to respect you? Moving on... She says, "Orange I transferred the calls to you." In return I say very rude, "I'm not at my desk." She walks away. And again the same damn dialogue. So i guess what the fuck I was doing was not very important to her. I go back to my desk. The next day this weird ass bitch told my supervisor on me... Once again... WTF!!! I am not paid to be polite to you. We are not friends! SO FUCK OFF!!! The bitch is fucking crazy! But in the next breath she will swear on a stack of Bibles she is a good person who is trying to live right. Bullshit she is a fucking hell raiser. That bitch! I have not said 2 words to her since the incident. My supervisor called me in and discussed this with me. So you stop me from having a productive day to discuss this bullshit with me? Again I say WTF!!!

I'm like fuck this stupid shit. I did not mention it because i really thought it was petty. And then people wonder why i curse so much.

You do not get your point across as well....
I can tell you to SHUT UP, but people really don't get the picture until you say SHUT THE FUCK UP BITCH!!!

Okay... The damn police showed up at our office. I was getting all excited because i thought they were gonna haul someone off to jail. To my disappointment they are taking a report on the van... Once again WTF!!!
